Cross Country Skiing

You can expect well-prepared cross-country skiing tracks leading through the most beautiful landscapes of Tirol.

Lovers of cross-country skiing enjoy their favorite sport on 170 km of tracks leading through romantic winter landscape and forests in the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental area. This area is connected to the neighbouring regions of Kitzbühel, Kirchberg and St. Johann. Another 4.5 km long track at an altitude of 1,300 m completes the program.

The Ellmau track is 10 km long and of easy to intermediate difficulty. It is connected to the Koasalauf track (70 km-80 km). The Ellmau track runs along the foot of the Wilde Kaiser mountain. Shower, WC and parking facilities are available at the start of the track at the Ellmau Kaiserbad swimming bath.

New in Scheffau: First time this winter they offer a cross country track with artificial snow which is flood lighted until 22:00 h !!!
