A big thank you to Melanie (Reception) & Mitcha (Head Houskeeper) for getting me to Kufstein Bahnhof at 7.30 am when my booked taxi did not turn up !! Having checked that the taxi company had 'forgotten' to come up from Kufstein, Melanie got her own car out and got Mitcha to drive me there ....on time to catch my train to Munich. Typical Hochfilzer approach to looking after their guests ! See you next year ! |

Liebes Hochfilzer-Team, wir hatten nur ein verlängertes Wochenende, um Ihr Haus zu genießen - leider, denn es hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. Es passte einfach alles, vor allen Dingen die gute Organisation, die Flexibilität und die Warmherzigkeit war klasse. Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder, dann aber mit unseren Kindern. Chers Ingrid et tout le Personnel hotelier,
Je regrette de ne pouvoir m'exprimer dans votre belle langue pour dire notre satisfaction, de même que pour profiter pleinement de l'acceuil et des ressources de l'Autriche.
Nous venons de terminer un 2iéme séjour dans votre hôtel et de même qu'en Janvier 2009, nous sommes enchantés.
L'acceuil , la permanente attention de tous vos Services,
la qualité de vos prestations ne peuvent q'enchanter vos Hôtes. Merci, et à l'an prochain . Je souhaite revenir avec des Amis pour partager ce plaisir et qu'ils connaissent aussi ce magnifique coin du Tirol et L'Hôtel Hochfilzer.

Hallo liebes Hochfilzerteam! Ich weiß nicht ob sich an mich noch jemand erinnert, aber ich war 2008 Praktikantin, einige kenn ich ja noch. Ich hoffe das Arbeiten macht noch immer so viel Spaß wie damals. Liebe Grüße vor allem an meine Küchencrew! |
