Updated cancellation policy for winter 2020/21

The current situation is challenging - for you and of course for us. Nobody knows how long this situation will drag on. To hopefully relieve you of some pressure during this time, here are a few stress relievers:

💗 Wait
Do not worry at the moment whether you can start your autumn vacation or not. Leave your booking as it is. In case of more information we will contact you, or you contact is if you have any questions.

💗 Cancellations - can wait
Quick cancellations are not necessary! If the situation does not improve by the time you have booked your stay - you can cancel it at any time free of charge. Any deposit payments already made will be repaid, or we will be happy to keep them until your next visit to us. We will also shorten the free cancellation period for all bookings to one week.

Our updated cancellation policy for winter 2020/21

  • Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival free of charge
  • Cancellations 13 days to 7 days before arrival will be offset with 40% of the travel costs
  • Cancellations 6 days to 1 day before arrival will be charged with 60%
  • Cancellations on the day of arrival and no-shows will be charged at 100%
