Family-owned holiday hotel, 200 beds, category: 4 stars, type of board: half board (breakfast buffet, evening menu with choice, vegetarian catering, allergy catering, children's menu)
Our family business consists of 3 buildings
a) Hotel Hochfilzer **** with 60 guest accommodation units, bathing area (430 sqm), 4 dining rooms, 1 a la carte restaurant (40 seats), reception, underground car park with 10 parking spaces, the required number of outdoor parking spaces are available, hotel terrace (not covered) with approx. 60 seats, 2 sun terraces after the bathing area, children's play room, ski cellar, golf buggy room
b) Haus Garden: Building directly opposite the hotel building, 8 guest units, gardens, winter garden, terrace, play area in the garden, ground floor rented to the Bipa company (drugstore)
c) Flora's garden, consisting of the Alpenpension Claudia: 40 beds in the pension, category: 3 stars and the tree house. Both are 150 m away from the hotel main building, ski in ski out, catering: breakfast buffet, dinner and all hotel services are taken in the hotel main building, equipment: 2 breakfast rooms, large garden with natural swimming pond, ski cellar, play area in the garden
Utilization of companies:
Seasonal occupancy from mid-December to mid-April for winter operations, from mid-May to late October for summer operations, occupancy during the winter season: 90%, occupancy during the summer season: 70%, approx. 70% of the total occupancy is covered by the regular guests.
Germany, Great Britain cover 2/3 of the total source market. Holland, Benelux, Eastern Europe, Austria, South Africa and rest of Europe make up the rest.
